I found what even Adobe Flash Player 10 Security Whitepaper and Adobe Flash Player Administration Guide for Flash Player 10 doesn't say what, in order to applying security rules, browser should be restarted. Page refreshing or tab closing not helps here. Tested under Chrome and Firefox, probably other OS/browsers affected too.

When blog post was created, not very important. What post contain, that's more important. And, it depends from time, a little. And from person who writes, too. And from his/her knowledge about subject, by which post created. And, from what area of knowledge this person desire to share.

Design of programs is not an application look & feel, not elements color and not it's align. And it's not UI usability. Design of programs as design of development process is a couple of elements, not very intuitive for user, and even not looked by customer.

Finally, I'm fix my preferences about "what is the type of this site/what I will type on this site". Here, at http://andrew.answer.name/dev , will be Developers Site. Here I will publish programmer's, designer's and flasher's features and tricks, tutorials, investigation results, and thoughts about future of separate products and IT-industry. And so on.
